Dictate an Outlook reply without an email integration
Open the intended Outlook message or compose window, focus its body and dictate a short draft. Whispek works through compatible text fields, rather than reading your mailbox or connecting an Outlook account.
Confirm that you are replying in the right conversation. Review the subject, recipients, dates and any attachments in Outlook before sending. For a web or desktop field that rejects insertion, copy the available text and paste it yourself.
Free email dictation with weekly usage
Whispek Free includes voice typing and cleanup with a weekly allowance. Paid plans increase use; they do not unlock a separate email feature.
Start in a Gmail or Outlook message body
Open the compose window or reply, then put the cursor in the message body rather than the recipient or subject field. Dictate a short passage with the voice shortcut shown in Whispek. The default on Windows is Right Alt.
If text does not appear in that field, copy the available Whispek result, focus the message body and paste it. Browser, editor and permission differences can affect insertion.
- State why you are writing, then the detail the reader needs.
- Include the action and date you want the reader to remember.
- Stop dictation and read the message before continuing.
- Check recipients and attachments in your email app, then send.
Try a project follow-up
Example: “Hi Jordan, thanks for sending the mockups. The second direction is closest to what we discussed. Could you increase the contrast on the primary button and send an updated version by Thursday? I will review it on Friday morning.”
The example is a draft you can dictate, not a claim that Whispek knows your project or will attach a file. Keep the real details in your own words.
Keep the right names close
Add recurring customer, colleague and product names to your personal dictionary. Read the finished message, especially when two names sound alike or you have corrected a date mid-sentence.
You still own the send button
Whispek writes text; it does not choose recipients or send messages for you. If a compose field rejects automatic insertion, copy the result and paste it manually. For a request involving a different tone or structure, ask the assistant separately and review its answer.
