Voice history and recordings
Open History to review, copy, replay or delete saved voice records. Settings → Privacy lets you clear voice history and its associated local recordings.
Voice history keeps 50 records by default. Choose 10, 50, 100, 500 or keep indefinitely. A count limit removes the oldest records as new ones are saved; it is not a time-based retention period.
Quick Ask conversations
Manage saved conversations from Quick Ask’s history. Delete an individual conversation or clear conversations with the relevant client control. Voice-history cleanup and Quick Ask conversation cleanup are separate operations. Deleting a conversation locally does not withdraw requests already processed by a processing service.
Dictionary learning
You can add, edit, disable and delete dictionary entries. Cloud learning is enabled by default in the current implementation and can be turned off in dictionary settings. The app checks the current account’s setting before uploading learning fragments.
Turning learning off stops new learning uploads. It does not delete your existing dictionary entries; manage those separately.
Account access and other requests
Use the account menu to sign out or manage signed-in devices. Removing another device invalidates its sign-in session; it does not remotely erase that computer’s local history.
A self-service account deletion or full cloud-data export flow is not currently available in the client. Contact us about these requests. We will need to clarify the data and account involved; this page does not promise an unimplemented one-click action or a fixed completion time.
