1. Operator and scope
Whispek is operated by DING XU (丁旭), an individual developer based in China. These terms cover the website, account services and Windows desktop application. Contact [email protected] for service, billing, refund or privacy questions.
Plus and Pro subscriptions are offered through hosted checkout. Listing a plan or signing in does not create a charge; paid access begins only after payment is confirmed.
2. Service and account
Whispek provides digital software for voice input, text cleanup, AI questions and a personal dictionary. Cloud features require a network connection, a signed-in account and available usage allowance. Third-party speech and language-model services participate in processing; their availability can affect results.
You must be at least 14 years old to use Whispek. Minors must obtain a parent or legal guardian’s consent; higher local minimum ages or additional authorization requirements apply where required. Use accurate account information, protect your login credentials and submit only content you are entitled to process. If you suspect unauthorized account access, contact support and revoke affected device sessions. If you cannot independently enter into a binding agreement under applicable law, obtain the required guardian or representative authorization before using or purchasing the service.
3. Plans, prices and delivery
Free, Plus and Pro share core functionality and differ in weekly usage allowance. Paid plans are monthly; weekly allowance resets are separate from monthly billing. Unused weekly allowance does not roll over. The account interface shows the applicable allowance and reset time.
The pricing page displays the published monthly prices. Before paying, review the amount, currency, taxes if applicable, billing period and next renewal date shown in checkout. Paid access is activated after payment confirmation; a browser redirect alone does not confirm successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
4. Payment and automatic renewal
Purchases are processed through Waffo Pancake’s hosted checkout. Its applicable checkout terms govern payment processing. Whispek does not request full payment card numbers in its account pages or by email.
A monthly subscription renews until cancelled. Before starting a paid subscription, you must be shown and agree to the recurring charge and billing period. Free access by itself does not authorize a charge. Any change to a future renewal price must be disclosed before that charge with an opportunity to cancel.
5. Cancelling renewal
Use Account → Subscription to cancel future renewal or open the payment provider’s subscription-management portal. If an operation is unavailable or fails, contact [email protected] with your account email and order reference.
A confirmed cancellation stops future renewals and keeps paid access until the current paid period ends. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period.
6. Refund policy
For services that have been correctly delivered and used, we generally do not offer a refund solely because you changed your mind. We do not offer a general seven-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee. You may cancel subsequent renewals as described above.
If you were charged twice, paid access was not activated, or we are unable to provide the paid service after verification, we will refund the corresponding amount. Refunds for service failures are assessed against the affected order and the part of the service that could not be provided. This policy does not limit mandatory refund or other consumer rights under applicable law.
Send requests to [email protected] with your account email, order reference, payment date and a description of the issue. Do not send card numbers or passwords. We will verify the order and explain the outcome. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider; arrival time depends on that provider and your financial institution. A refund may adjust the related paid entitlement.
7. Acceptable use and AI results
Do not use Whispek for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, infringement of privacy or intellectual property, or content you lack authority to submit. Do not abuse payment or usage controls, compromise accounts or interfere with the service.
Speech recognition and AI output can be inaccurate. Review names, numbers, meaning and sensitive details before use. You decide whether to publish or act on a result. Output is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal or financial advice. Whispek does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular result.
You retain your rights in submitted content. Processing it to provide your requested features does not transfer ownership to Whispek. Third-party rights and applicable law can affect how you may use an output.
8. Data, changes and disputes
Our privacy policy explains local storage, cloud processing and account records. Stopping a subscription does not itself delete your account or local history. Contact support for account-data requests.
We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, security incidents or legal requirements. Where a paid service cannot be provided, the refund policy above applies. Material changes to these terms will be announced before they apply to future use or purchases, subject to applicable law.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China, without excluding mandatory protections available to you under applicable law. Contact [email protected] to seek resolution of a dispute. If it cannot be resolved, either party may bring it before a court with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
