Speech and language processing
Whispek provides cloud speech recognition, text cleanup and Quick Ask. Voice recognition receives submitted audio; text cleanup and Quick Ask receive the content required for those requests. Dictionary learning can also involve cloud processing when enabled.
Processing is subject to the applicable policies and service configuration. Supported languages do not imply that processing takes place in each language’s country.
Account and service operations
Whispek operates the account, request authorization, usage and dictionary services that connect the desktop app to cloud processing. Email sign-in also relies on a configured mail delivery service. Infrastructure and mail vendors are not presented here as a complete, verified contractual subprocessor list.
Payments and external pages
When a hosted checkout is available, review the provider and terms shown in that checkout before continuing. Do not infer an active payment provider or a completed transaction from a logo or a plan description. External websites and checkout pages have their own storage and data practices.
