About Whispek

Another way to get your words into the world.

Whispek brings speech into the small writing tasks that fill a day: a reply, a note, a question and the first paragraph you have not written yet.

What we are building

A desktop app that turns your voice into text, helps prepare it for reading and gives you a place to ask follow-up questions. Voice input, text cleanup, a personal dictionary and the AI assistant are the current core features.

What is available

The Windows app is available now with English and Simplified Chinese interfaces and English dictation support. The website also has English and Simplified Chinese editions. A Mac version is planned, with no public release date.

A clear relationship with your work

You choose what to dictate, what context to submit and what final text to use. Voice and assistant history can be saved locally; cloud services are used to process the requests. Our product and privacy pages explain those boundaries instead of describing the app as fully offline.

Who operates Whispek

Whispek is operated by DING XU, an individual developer based in China. Product questions, support and feedback can be sent to [email protected]. The privacy policy and terms identify the operator and describe the service.
