Whispek does not currently publish an online standard Data Processing Agreement for acceptance or signature. This page is an information entry point and does not create a DPA or confirm that one is available on request.
What to include in your inquiry
Tell us your organization’s requirements so we can assess whether the product and any proposed agreement can meet them.
- The intended use and categories of information you expect to submit.
- Relevant jurisdictions, processing-location requirements and retention limits.
- Required security evidence, subprocessor information and data-subject request procedures.
- Any contractual terms that must be agreed before use.
Review the actual processing first
The privacy, provider and data-control pages explain the current product behavior. They are not substitutes for an executed agreement. If a DPA is a prerequisite for your organization, wait for the required written terms to be agreed before submitting that organization’s data.
